Shipping Policy

At DASSA, we carefully pack every order and want to make sure your pieces arrive safely and on time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any estimated shipping timeframe will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside of DASSA's control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. DASSA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, DASSA BOUTIQUE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
